I had a great stay at the hotel with some wonderful aspects but also a few downsides. The rooms were clean and new, although the floors were a bit slippery without any carpet. The service was excellent with helpful and polite staff, but there were some initial hiccups due to less cooperative employees. The location was convenient, though a bit noisy with the nearby train line. The dining experience offered a variety of options, but some lacked in taste. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel rooms were super good and comfortable with all the amenities, neat, and clean; however, they could be more friendly. The location was quite central and amazing but next to noisy train lines and a main junction. The hotel rooms were small for the high price, and the banquet service I complained about was not addressed, also the room was dirty. Despite these downsides, the service I received for dining was excellent and very cooperative. The location was splendid and central to main markets, offering a royal treatment in the restaurant. The meals were a favorite and compensatory in room rates.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable with good food options for both in-room dining and at the restaurant. However, the issue with the outdated drinking water bottles and lack of prompt attention to complaints was a downside.
